Mo Moshiri is an MC, songwriter, and producer. He is perhaps best known as one of the founders of the legendary west coast hip-hop group Sweatshop Union. Together they recorded several albums, performed hundreds of shows, earned Juno nods and WCMA wins, and helped pave the path for the new generation of artists making waves on the coast and beyond. After a healthy hiatus, Mo released his 2019 solo album "Can I Tell You Something" which was a resounding success, and the newest album called "The Cauldron" is almost ready! This album features some of the most talented artists from Canada and beyond, and is the opener for the next stage of multiple EPs that will be produced and co-written by Mo. Expect to hear real poetry, politics, and heart-centered humanity over a refined blend of hip hop, soul, electronic, and world sounds.
